Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent 4 to lead field operations on assigned projects, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, organization and communication, plus collaboration with project teams and clients.

You will supervise on-site labor, review pay applications, develop site logistics, manage the CPM schedule, participate in meetings, and uphold Manhattan's safety policies and QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 12 years of industry experience.
• Led at least 3–5 projects or multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force.
• Review and approve Trade Contractor Pay Applications and material invoices with the Project Manager.
• Develop and maintain a site logistics plan with the Project Manager.
• Manage the CPM schedule and look ahead schedules.
• Attend and lead project meetings (preconstruction, preinstallation, subcontractor, owner, safety).
• Create daily reports and report quantities.
