Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial and institutional builds in Southern California. This on-site role focuses on safe, quality delivery and close collaboration with the project team.

You will manage site schedules, subcontractors, safety and logistics, and work with PM to align on schedule and budget. Local work with limited overnight travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Superintendent with a GC.
• Experience leading $10M–$50M projects.
• Strong field leadership and coordination with PM on budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on commercial and institutional builds.
• Manage site schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, and logistics.
• Partner with Project Management on schedule and budget.
