Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing large-scale projects.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.
• Proficiency reading construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations from mobilization to project closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field staff to maintain schedules.
• Lead meetings and ensure safety and quality on site.
