Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on modular construction projects in California. You will oversee site activities, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment to deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities include developing schedules with PM teams, supervising field staff, coordinating inspections, and maintaining documentation. The role requires 5+ years in superintendent roles and a strong grasp of modular, prefab, or off-site

Qualifications

5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial, multifamily, residential, hospitality, or modular construction.
Experience managing ground-up construction projects.
Experience with modular, prefab, panelized, or off-site construction preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Manage daily field operations and site supervision.
Develop and maintain project schedules with PM teams.
Coordinate on-site subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and trades.
Lead site safety efforts and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Oversee site preparation, foundations, utility coordination, module setting, and finish work.
Conduct quality control inspections and verify work meets project requirements.
