Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations in the DMV area. The role focuses on ground-up, addition, and renovation projects across K-12, higher education, municipal, institutional, and commercial sectors, coordinating with PMs, owners, architects, and subs to hit milestones.

The candidate will oversee field staff, ensure safety and quality, and drive scheduling and logistics while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction superintendent experience required.
• Ground-up construction experience required.
• Renovation and occupied-facility construction experience required.
• K-12, higher education, municipal, institutional, or commercial construction experience preferred.
• General contracting experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and ownership of field operations throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate closely with project management, subcontractors, owners, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Manage scheduling, site logistics, quality control, inspections, and permitting coordination.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
