Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex ground-up projects (typically $20M–$50M+)
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and trade coordination
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders (owners, A/E teams, subs, inspectors)
• Ability to lead teams in union or multi-trade environments
• Solid communication skills and field leadership presence
