Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent 3 in Charlotte, NC to plan, manage, and execute all aspects of assigned projects with moderate complexity. You will lead safety culture, coordinate with owners and design teams, and manage subcontractors and the project schedule to ensure timely, profitable completion.

You will develop work plans, monitor budgets, and communicate progress in OAC and other project meetings, while promoting JE Dunn’s values and standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 8+ years construction experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Experience with Lean principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture on the project.
• Manage subcontractors and overall workflow.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Oversee project schedule and budget tracking.
• Coordinate meetings and communicate with owners and design team.
