Job summary

Samet Corporation is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site construction in Savannah. You will direct all trades, manage schedules, enforce safety, review plans, and develop field leaders.

The role requires 7–10 years in construction, with 3–5 years in supervision, and strong communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure quality, safety, and on-time project delivery on commercial, institutional, or industrial sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional email etiquette.
• 7–10 years in construction, including 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience on commercial, institutional, or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all construction activities on assigned projects.
• Coordinate work schedules and sequences among trades and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules.
• Conduct site inspections for quality and safety.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts for compliance.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.
• Lead weekly coordination and pre-install meetings.
