Job summary

Samet Corporation is seeking a Superintendent I to own a construction project from start to finish. You will lead the field team, manage subcontractor performance, and maintain safety, schedule, and budget on site.

You will set quality and safety standards, build strong relationships with owners, designers, and trade partners, and deliver projects The Samet Way. This role requires 3–5 years of superintendent experience and OSHA certification, with a focus on Lean and LEED practices where

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years minimum experience as a construction project superintendent.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.
• Understanding of Lean Construction practices and LEED Green building requirements (preferred).
• Demonstrated mastery of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and site management.
• Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance programs.
• Promote an injury-free job site through our safety program.
• Develop relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and other trade partners.
• Ensure site work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
