Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial, education, multi-family, or healthcare construction.
• Strong leadership, management, and computer skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license required.
• LEED Green Associate preferred and OSHA 30-hour certification.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, safeguarding budgets and schedules.
• Drive client relationships and mentor junior staff.
• Develop project management plans, including risk and procurement strategies.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules and cost controls.
• Prepare reports, turn over records, and ensure safety and quality standards.
