Lunova Group in Los Angeles seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead new installation field operations across the greater Los Angeles market. You will oversee seven crews, guiding manpower planning, labor efficiency, and project execution while maintaining strong relationships with general contractors.

Elevator industry experience is preferred but not required; leaders from other trades with field-team experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field crews and managing performance.
• Ability to manage KPIs, schedules, and budgets.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.

Responsabilités

• Lead Field Operations: oversee new installation crews with coaching and accountability to drive safety, quality, productivity, and labor efficiency.
• Plan & Prioritize Work: coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and field resources to keep installations moving.
• Drive Performance & KPIs: monitor labor efficiency, progress, and risks with proactive improvements.
• Maintain Field Presence: visit crews and jobsites to ensure safety, progress, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage Projects & Resources: support surveys to turnover, coordinate materials, subcontractors, change orders, and resources.
• Build Strong GC Relationships: work with contractors, owners, consultants and teams to communicate progress and keep projects on track.
