Job summary

Rex Moore Group, Inc. is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations across multi-site electrical construction projects. You will oversee Superintendents and field teams to ensure safety, productivity, and high-quality installations.

Candidate must have extensive electrical construction leadership experience, OSHA 30 certification, and the ability to manage manpower and scheduling for complex programs. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 5 Years Minimum experience as Superintendent Level or Higher.
• Site leadership competency at Level 5 Foreman or higher.
• Must have OSHA 30 construction certificate & CPR/First aid certificate or willing to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain field operations programs, policies and procedures.
• Maintain Superintendent and Foremen training program and schedule.
• Forecast and update manpower needs across multiple Superintendents.
• Monitor labor efficiencies, hours and ratios across multiple projects.
• Ensure project installation is on track and inspect workmanship for quality.
