This role emphasizes strategic workforce planning, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Executive-level field leadership experience on large electrical construction projects.
• 15–20 years of progressive electrical construction leadership experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification is required or to be obtained within 6 months.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required or to be obtained within 6 months.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects or large-scale programs.
• Strong strategic planning and workforce management capabilities.
• Excellent communication with clients, executives, and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level leadership for multiple projects or hyperscale programs.
• Lead field operations strategy aligned with goals and project objectives.
• Direct Superintendents, Site Supervisors, and Foremen across projects.
• Serve as senior field escalation point for safety, labor, or client issues.
• Drive productivity, safety, and operational excellence across field operations.
• Oversee project schedules, labor plans, and execution strategy.
• Mentor and develop field leaders and craft workers.
