Job summary

Rex Moore Group, Inc. in Sacramento, CA seeks a General Superintendent to lead field operations across electrical construction projects. You will oversee Superintendents, ensure safety, productivity and quality while driving labor efficiency and training programs.

The role requires strong leadership, 15+ years in electrical construction and OSHA-30/CPR certifications, with travel to project sites as needed. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

5 Years Minimum experience as Superintendent Level or Higher.
Must have OSHA 30 Construction certificate & CPR/ First aid certificate.
Minimum of 15 years of electrical construction experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to train groups.
Ability to lead through mentorship and manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain field operations programs, policies and procedures.
Maintain training programs for Superintendents and Foremen and manage manpower planning.
Forecast labor needs and update manpower projections across projects.
Monitor safety and enforce company procedures; drive labor performance improvements.
Provide technical support and ensure installation quality across multiple projects.
Attend meetings and ensure projects are on track and compliant with budgets.
