Job summary

Rex Moore Group, Inc. in California is seeking a Director of Field Operations to oversee all field operations, supervise Superintendents, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and safety standards.

You will lead manpower planning, coordinate recruitment, manage workforce development, and drive performance improvements across multiple sites with a focus on quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years work experience in electrical and/or solar construction.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• BS degree in engineering or other technical discipline; MBA preferred.
• CA PE license and/or PMP certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to forecast manpower and manage workforce across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, directs and mentors Superintendents.
• Director level oversight of all field operations.
• Manages manpower levels and forecasts needs across projects.
• Oversees workforce development and safety investigations.
• Collaborates with HR for recruitment and personnel issues.
• Approves Foreman project assignments and field program administration.
