Job summary

Rex Moore Group, Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Senior Superintendent to provide executive-level field leadership for multiple large electrical construction programs. You will mentor Superintendents and Foremen, drive labor planning, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets.

Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, you will partner with operations managers and clients to deliver safe, matching the company standards. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive electrical construction experience, including leadership of large-scale, mission-critical, or hyperscale projects.
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification and CPR/First Aid Certification (required or obtained within 6 months)
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects or large-scale programs with strong communication and executive presence

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level leadership for multiple projects or hyperscale programs.
• Develop and mentor Superintendents, Site Supervisors, and Foremen.
• Lead manpower planning and workforce strategies to optimize staffing and costs.
• Ensure schedules, budgets, quality, and safety objectives are met across projects.
• Engage with General Contractors, clients, and executives to maintain project alignment and satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement in field productivity and operational performance
