Job summary

Rex Moore Electrical & Systems Contractors & Engineers seeks a General Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple electrical construction projects. You will oversee Superintendents and foremen, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive labor efficiency and training programs.

The role demands strong leadership, extensive electrical construction experience, and the ability to manage complex projects through multiple supervision layers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience as Superintendent level or higher.
• Site leadership competency at Level 5 Foreman or higher.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of electrical construction experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to address large groups.
• Excellent customer orientation and internal/external stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Capability to mentor and develop field staff and training programs.
• Experience developing, implementing and maintaining field programs, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain field operations programs, policies and procedures.
• Maintain Superintendent and Foremen training program and schedule.
• Forecast labor needs and maintain manpower projections across multiple Superintendents.
• Ensure project installation is on track and supervise field teams across projects.
• Monitor labor efficiency, hours, ratios, and project budgets.
• Attend meetings and provide technical support on field related items.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Lead training and development for site supervisors and field staff.
