Job summary

Rex Moore is seeking a Senior Superintendent to provide executive-level field leadership across multiple large-scale electrical construction projects. The role focuses on strategic oversight, workforce optimization, and adherence to safety, quality, and budget targets.

You will mentor Superintendents and Foremen, coordinate with Operations Managers and clients, and drive continuous improvement across field operations.

Qualifications

• Executive-level field leadership experience on large-scale projects.
• Minimum 15–20 years in electrical construction with leadership roles.
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification and CPR/First Aid within 6 months.
• Strong strategic planning, workforce management, and budget awareness.
• Proven ability to mentor Superintendents, Foremen, and craft workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level leadership and direction for multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop and implement field operations strategy aligned with goals.
• Direct supervision of Superintendents, Site Supervisors, and Foremen.
• Drive safety, cost control, and productivity across projects.
• Lead risk management, quality, and client relationship activities.
• Coach leaders and foster leadership development across teams.
