Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee all on-site operations for complex commercial, healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and clean room projects. You will drive project schedules, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects, proven leadership in regulated environments, and strong communication skills to keep

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Experience leading clean room, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, manufacturing, or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from project kickoff through final completion and turnover.
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules while coordinating subcontractors and internal teams.
• Oversee safety, quality control, site inspections, and punch list completion.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field documentation.
• Act as the primary field contact for clients, project managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
