Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead laboratory, pharmaceutical, and healthcare construction projects in occupied environments. You will own day-to-day field operations, coordinate trade partners, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence from mobilization through closeout.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• At least 3 years as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent.
• Direct experience delivering healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or life sciences projects.
• Proficient reading of plans, managing schedules, and using construction management software.
• OSHA 30 preferred; experience with ICRA, cleanrooms, cGMP environments, or commissioning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations from mobilization through closeout, coordinating subs, site logistics, inspections, and punch lists.
• Build and manage short-term schedules, identify constraints, and inform the project team of field progress.
• Oversee work in active hospitals, laboratories, and pharmaceutical facilities with minimal disruption to operations.
• Coordinate shutdowns, utility tie-ins, protections, and work in sensitive areas with facility stakeholders.
• Enforce safety requirements and infection control, dust containment, and cleanliness protocols.
• Review drawings and specifications, resolve field issues, and verify work meets quality standards.
• Maintain daily reports and documentation of manpower, progress, delays, and site conditions.
