Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead complex commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, manufacturing, and clean room projects across Connecticut and the surrounding region. This onsite role requires coordinating with a skilled team to drive projects from preconstruction through turnover in Brookfield, CT.

You will oversee field execution, safety, and quality while partnering with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical, clean room, semiconductor, manufacturing, or commercial projects.
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project and construction management software; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and project execution.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field documentation.
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Partner with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
