Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent for life sciences, biotech, and healthcare projects with cleanroom environments. You will lead on-site teams, ensure safety, schedule, and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with validation teams for IQ/OQ/PQ processes.

You will oversee complex MEP systems, manage documentation, and drive successful turnover to validation teams, maintaining strong client relations and adherence to GMP/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare projects.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA expectations, ISO cleanroom standards (ISO 14644).
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site leadership of craft labor, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.
• Plan, sequence and monitor cleanroom fit-out, containment systems, and critical path tasks for life sciences projects.
• Maintain quality control and assurance, inspections, logs, and compliance with GMP/ISO requirements.
