Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten in Roseville, CA, is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate field operations on medium- to large-scale projects with a commitment to safety and quality.

Reporting to the Jobsite Project Manager, you will lead safety programs, QA/QC, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination while ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability. This role requires eight or more years of construction experience and a background in engineering/construction management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field is desired.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the field.
• Experience with large commercial projects; healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, science & technology is desired.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling, estimating and Primavera P6; Procore is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety and leads safety meetings.
• Develops site safety plans with Safety Manager/Coordinator and Superintendents.
• Develops jobsite-specific QA/QC plans and conducts quality walks.
• Prepares and reviews job schedules and look-ahead planning.
• Coordinates subcontractors and manages field personnel to meet contract specs.
• Maintains daily construction reports and jobsite mobilization.
• Generates requisitions, purchase orders, and equipment rentals.
• Communicates project status to project team and owner.
