Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager for our Roseville, CA office. You will oversee project metrics including schedule, budget, safety, and quality, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-profile construction projects. without visa sponsorship. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management (or related field) and at least five years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum five years of construction experience.
• Experience across civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines recommended.
• Ability to prioritize and manage projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of preconstruction process and integration into construction.
• Lead estimate preparation, review, and subcontractor post-bid meetings.
• Manage project setup following company procedures.
• Establish project team roles and responsibilities.
• Lead kickoff meetings with owner, design team, and RS.
• Develop and maintain project master schedule.
• Oversee submittals and BIM management plan.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and OSHA.
• Monitor financial health and provide accurate project reports.
