Phoenix Defense seeks a Senior Field Service Representative to lead a field team of technicians supporting military training systems at US Army sites worldwide. The role reports to the Program Manager and collaborates with Engineering, Logistics, and Quality to deliver reliable, customer-focused solutions.

Travel is a central aspect, with responsibilities spanning installation, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience in IT or related field.
• Able to obtain/maintain SECRET level U.S. Government clearance.
• 5–8 years of experience in computer system and network engineering.
• Strong IT hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with COTS hardware, IT networks, and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field team of technicians at US Army sites worldwide.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, networking, and ESS components.
• Evaluate audiovisual systems for compliance with requirements.
• Provide training to customer personnel, including civilians and military.
• Coordinate travel and act as primary ground point between field, customer, and engineering.
