Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of deployed Field Service Representatives in a dual CONUS/OCONUS environment, overseeing daily operations and ensuring program compliance.

This hybrid onsite role is based in McKinney, TX or Tucson, AZ, requiring travel and a Secret clearance. You will manage field operations, coordinate logistics, and serve as the primary on-site customer liaison with a focus on mission success and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; 5+ years field engineering leadership.
• Proven experience managing teams in field engineering or technical environments.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret clearance required before start date.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal teams, customers, and leadership.
• Familiarity with government programs, compliance, and OCONUS operations.
• Experience coordinating logistics and travel in OCONUS environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide daily activities of deployed Field Service Representatives.
• Plan and execute daily operational goals and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as on-site customer liaison.
• Deliver status reports to management and government customers.
• Review and archive work orders; manage maintenance and inventory of government property.
• Assist with deployment coordination and employee entry/exit logistics.
