Job summary

Xylem in Seattle is looking for an Elite/Lead Field Service Technician to initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites. You will work with advanced mechanical and diesel equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with customers and internal teams.

You may travel 20-80% depending on division and location. The role requires completing safety and regulatory requirements, maintaining customer focus, and mentoring junior technicians while improving service processes.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain CDL, class A or B with endorsements.
• 5–7 years of technical work experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and diesel systems.
• Customer service experience and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service at customer sites with safety first.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and diesel systems.
