Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites in a safe, efficient manner. You will troubleshoot pro­actively, work with mechanical/electrical/diesel equipment, perform preventive maintenance, manage parts inventory, and address safety issues on equipment.

Interaction with customers is key, with potential work across multiple systems and locations. The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, the ability to obtain clearances (TWIC,

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical card.
• Clean driving record.
• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
