Job summary

Xylem is hiring an Elite/Lead Field Service Technician in Seattle. You will initiate and execute field service at customer sites, troubleshoot complex systems, and perform preventative maintenance while ensuring safety and proper inventory control. The role requires leadership capabilities and the ability to coach junior technicians.

Travel is required (20%–80%), with overnight stays. A CDL is preferred, and experience with electrical, mechanical, and diesel systems is highly valued.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL A or B with endorsements preferred.
• Experience and/or certifications in electrical, mechanical, diesel systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot complex systems and perform preventative maintenance.
• Manage safety, inventory, and documentation; escalate with proper resources when needed.
• Lead/coach junior technicians and provide on-site training.
