Job summary

Xylem is seeking an Elite/Lead Field Service Technician to perform field service at customer sites, troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical and diesel systems, and collaborate with customers to ensure safety and reliability.

You will travel 20–80% as needed, lead on-site teams, and escalate issues using company resources to deliver proactive maintenance and timely resolutions for water-related equipment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of obtaining a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements.
• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA), etc.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot multi/complex systems and perform preventative maintenance.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with company resources to resolve problems.
