Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. seeks a Sr Field Service Technician to deliver expert service on combustion systems at customer sites. You will troubleshoot, test, and perform preventive maintenance with emphasis on safety and reliability, reporting to the Field Service Manager and coordinating with customers and internal teams.

This remote-friendly role requires 70–80% travel across the U.S. and internationally, with assignments at customer locations and occasional work from our Cleveland, OH

Qualifications

• 2+ years technical knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 70%–80% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of combustion systems at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure safe, efficient, reliable operation.
• Provide field-based technical support and guidance to customers.
• Document service activities with accurate records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
