Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to evaluate, test, and maintain complex combustion systems at customer sites. You will report to the Field Service Manager and work remotely from our Cleveland, OH location with extensive travel.

You will drive service activities, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, performance and customer satisfaction on site across national and international locations, with 70–80% travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software tools and schematic drawings.
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel 70–80% domestically and occasionally internationally

Responsibilities

• After proper Honeywell-specific training, you will be expected to perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
