Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. seeks a Sr Field Service Technician to deliver in-field testing, maintenance, and support for combustion systems at customer sites. This role requires extensive travel and a remote work setup, reporting to the Field Service Manager in a fast-paced environment.

You will evaluate equipment, diagnose issues, provide field guidance, and document service activities to ensure safe, efficient operation and high customer satisfaction. Travel 70–80% is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical experience in electronics and mechanics.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and service management software.
• Ability to read schematic drawings.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 70–80%.
• Experience in field service or technical support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of combustion systems at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe operation, efficiency and reliability.
• Provide field technical support and guidance to customers.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
