Motion is seeking a Field Service Technician II to perform on-site services, repairs, and installations for hydraulic and related equipment at customer sites. Qualifications

• Typically requires a technical degree and three to five years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and diagnose equipment issues.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site services for new and existing clients, including emergency repairs and upgrades on a 24/7 on-call basis.
• Responsible for installation, diagnostics, repair and support for equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnoses problems, documents findings and decides on repairs or part replacements.
• Provides technical support and training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
