Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service, emergency repairs, and upgrades at client sites.
• Diagnose problems, document findings, and decide on repairs or parts replacement.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on system equipment.
• Assist less experienced field technicians and potentially lead small projects.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all tasks.
