Job summary

Motion is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform on-site service and repairs for hydraulic systems and related equipment at customer sites across the region. You will install, diagnose, and repair equipment while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Under limited supervision, you will lead small projects, provide technical training to customers, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. A technical degree and 5+ years of experience are required, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Typically requires a technical degree and five or more years of related experience.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site services for new and existing clients, including on-site emergency repairs and equipment upgrades.
• Install, diagnose, repair and support equipment installed at customer sites.
• Diagnose problems, assess causes, document findings, and decide parts to repair or replace.
• Conduct technical analyses of product implementations and enhancements per customer specs.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and lead small projects when needed.
