Job summary

Motion Industries (MOT) is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform on-site service, diagnostics, repair, and installation of hydraulics and related equipment at customer sites. The role includes 24/7 on-call support and may involve leading small to moderate projects and providing customer training.

Ideal candidates will possess a technical degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers and management to resolve

Qualifications

Typically requires a technical degree and five or more years of related experience.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

Performs on-site services for new and existing clients, including on-site emergency repairs and upgrades.
Diagnoses problems, assesses extent, documents findings, and decides on repairs or replacements.
Provides installation, diagnostics, repair, and support for equipment at customer sites.
Leads small to moderate projects at customer sites and provides customer training.
