Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, repair and support equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose problems, assess extent, document findings, and decide on repair or replacement of parts.
• Provide technical analysis of product implementations and modifications per customer specs.
• Keep customers informed on service status and propose enhancements or repairs.
• Coordinate with others and lead small to moderate projects at customer sites.
