Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site services for new and existing clients, including repairs and upgrades on a 24/7 on-call basis.
• Installation, diagnostics, repair and support for equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose problems, assess extent, document findings, and decide on repairs or part replacement.
• Provide technical analysis of product implementations and enhancements per customer specs.
• Keep customers informed on service status and recommend system upgrades or repairs.
