Qualifications

• 2 years mechanical or technical trade school with 3+ years of field service experience.
• 5+ years field service experience in lieu of degree on large diesel engines or related field.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency; authorized to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Travel domestically and internationally 70–100% of the time to customer sites.
• Lead field service: service, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul mtu engines and controls.
• Own full job lifecycle: planning, parts, vendors, and logs with on-site execution.
• Investigate field failures and write technical reports to prevent recurrence.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to manuals and service bulletins.
