Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in IT, networking, technician, field service, system technician/specialist, radio frequency, or land mobile radio.
• Citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract(s).
• Must be willing to obtain CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification within first 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote upgrades and troubleshooting of Motorola ASTRO systems.
• Maintain, optimize, test and document complex communications systems.
• Provide weekly reports of activities and accomplishments.
• Must be capable of obtaining an acceptable adjudication of DOD secret (T-3) clearance within 18 months.
