Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks a Senior Field Service Maintenance Technician to perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance in a factory setting. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system issues, source parts, document work, and mentor junior technicians.

This role requires strong safety discipline and hands-on troubleshooting across PLCs and drive systems. Based in Cleveland, OH, the position is on-site with opportunities to optimize maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree with a technical focus preferred; or 12+ years in industry if no degree.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Experience with PLCs and field device troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on complex equipment.
• Identify and source parts, supplies and repair items to improve reliability.
• Document work in service reports and performance data.
• Train and assist lower level technicians and project teams.
