Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing facilities in the United States. You will perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and control systems, troubleshoot complex equipment, and lead maintenance workflows in a factory environment.

The role requires hands-on expertise, tool proficiency, and willingness to travel locally, nationally, and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Associates degree with a Technical focus or 12+ years of industry experience; or 15 years in industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and specialized tools, and programming software as appropriate.
• Extensive travel required (Local, National, International).

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Identify and source parts, supplies, and repair items; evaluate upgrade options.
• Independently perform maintenance per industry standards; create maintenance standards.
• Direct customer counterparts in maintenance optimization and preventative processes.
• Setup and operate machining operations; may perform welding tasks.
• Document work in reports and manuals; support training and development.
• Alter, troubleshoot, and analyze complex control systems.
• Use advanced maintenance technologies to collect data and observe trends.
• Conduct on-the-job training and lead technical programs.
• Follow safety policies and identify unsafe conditions.
