Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks a Senior Field Service Maintenance Technician to perform expert break-fix and preventative maintenance in industrial settings. You will diagnose complex control systems, source parts, and document outcomes while guiding junior technicians.

Requires an technical Associate degree with 10+ years in the industry or 12 years of experience, plus strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems and PLC troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with a Technical focus and 10 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 12 years of experience in specific industry.
• Possesses comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Experience with PLCs, field device troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical drive and motor systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Identify and source parts and repair items; evaluate alternatives for cost and reliability.
• Document work performed in service reports and equipment data; train junior technicians.
