Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking a Field Service Industrial Maintenance Specialist to perform expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance across manufacturing environments. You will observe, diagnose, repair, and recondition equipment, including CNC machinery, while guiding customer teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associates degree with technical focus or 12+ years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Experience with PLCs and field device troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance.
• Identify parts and source repair items as necessary.
• Direct customer counterparts in maintenance optimization.
• Document work in service reports and manuals.
• Provide on-the-job training and lead technical programs.
