Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair complex equipment in a factory setting. The role requires diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and training junior technicians.

Work involves observing equipment, using hand and specialized tools, and adhering to safety policies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. HS/GED and technical experience are required.

Qualifications

• HS or GED required and technical focus preferred.
• Associates degree or 10+ years in industry; or 12 years experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identify and source parts and repairs to improve reliability.
• Maintain and repair equipment per industry standards and safety policies.
• Train and mentor lower-level technicians and project teams.
• Document work in service reports and data logs.
