Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics and complex repairs at service centers or in field settings.
• Provide high-level diagnostic guidance and remote troubleshooting for issues safely addressable without local access.
• Coach, mentor, and train junior technicians and cross-functional partners.
• Use specialized diagnostic tools to resolve complex HV and network faults.
• Verify repair quality with road tests and drive process standardization.
• Oversee parts operations including ordering, receiving, inventory, and billing.
• Create documentation and provide root-cause feedback to engineers and leadership.
• Engage professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams during escalations.
