Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from automotive repair school or vocational program preferred
• 5–8+ years automotive repair experience with bumper-to-bumper diagnostics
• 3–8+ years HV (high voltage) systems experience
• Experience in leadership roles and continuous improvement
• Ability to travel to regional locations and production plants
• Proficient in Windows/Mac environments and work-order systems
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics and complex repairs in service centers and field locations
• Provide high-level diagnostic guidance and remote troubleshooting for field teams
• Lead, mentor, and train junior technicians and cross-functional partners
• Use advanced diagnostic tools (PICO-Scope, PCAN, Kavaser) to resolve HV and network faults
• Conduct thorough road tests and drive continuous improvement across workflows
• Oversee parts operations including ordering, receiving, inventory, and billing
• Produce high-quality service documentation and feed back root-cause analysis
• Engage professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams during escalations
