Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or recognized equivalency credential preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited automotive repair school or vocational program preferred.
• Minimum age 21 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to regional locations or production plants as needed.
• Experience in leadership roles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostics & Complex Repairs: perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics, complex repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers and field sites.
• Technical Support & Remote Troubleshooting: provide high-level guidance and remote diagnostics for issues that can be addressed without vehicle access.
• Leadership & Mentorship: coach, mentor, and train junior technicians and cross-functional partners; lead problem-solving.
• Advanced Tools & Methodologies: use specialized diagnostic tools to resolve electrical, HV, and network faults.
• Quality & Process Standardization: conduct road tests and drive improvement across repair workflows.
• Parts Operations & Systems: oversee parts ordering, receiving, inventory, and billing.
• Documentation & Feedback: produce documentation and provide root-cause analysis to field teams.
• Customer & Cross-Functional Engagement: interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams during escalations.
