Job summary

Enerflex Ltd in Carlsbad, NM is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, install and commission gas compression packages in the field. You will work with a team to diagnose engine and compressor issues, perform rebuilds, and lead on-site start-ups with minimal supervision.

Must have 10+ years' experience and CAT/Waukesha certifications; candidates should be able to work on call-outs, follow safety rules, and train junior techs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with vocational/technical training.
• Must have 10+ years applicable experience.
• Proof of CAT/Waukesha certifications listed in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete rebuilds/overhauls of compressors, engines and controls in the field.
• Independently diagnose engine/compressor failures and perform advanced troubleshooting.
• Install new units including commissioning and start-up inspections with no supervision.
• Provide training and guidance to junior Field Technicians.
